Controversy is increasing over the restaurant owner's apology to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. On September 11, at a program in Coimbatore, hotel owner Srinivasan had questioned the Finance Minister about the problems being faced due to GST. He also appealed to impose uniform GST on sweets and snacks.
