Reacting to the recent terrorist attack in Kashmir, former US President Donald Trump said, “It’s shameful. I think people knew something was going to happen. They have been fighting for a long time. If you think about it, they have been fighting for many decades and centuries. I hope it ends soon.”
The attack took place on April 22 in Pahalgam, Kashmir, where terrorists opened fire on a group of tourists. Tragically, 26 people lost their lives, including a tourist from Nepal. Reports indicate that the assailants asked the victims about their religion before shooting.
Initially, The Resistance Front (TRF), a known militant group, claimed responsibility for the attack. However, it later retracted its statement, denying involvement.
The incident has reignited concerns about ongoing violence in the region and the safety of civilians and tourists.
